Water Color "Flowers"

This was my first attempt to paint flowers.  The first pic I believe is of assorted Daisy's.  It is done on cold press paper 8 1/2 X 11.  It was a pain in the butt, I did however learn alot from it.  I would like to go back and add highlights and detail with inks.  I don't like this one as much as other paintings I have tried, but for a first with flowers and third watercolor attempt, it's not to bad.
The painting below was done on art board canvas.  Not a great choice for watercolor medium.  If water gets on it, the paint will wash away. The canvas was sprayed with a finish so the fibers don't soak in anything. I do however like the texture it created.  I did spray it with a sealer, but hopefully no one sneezes on it.  The flowers are Asiatic Lillie's, one of my favorite.
